OUR COMMITMENT

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right — a wrong item, a manufacturing defect, visible damage in transit, or a genuine size/fit issue on eligible items — we will make it right through a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below. This Policy exists to ensure every claim we honour is genuine, verifiable, and fair to both the Customer and to weartoday.in.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT  

This clause is central to our Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order. To be eligible for any refund, replacement, or exchange on grounds including but not limited to damaged, defective, incorrect size/color/etc., incomplete, or missing item, the Customer MUST record a continuous, unedited, and clear video of the parcel being opened for the very first time.

RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS  

● The return request must be raised within [7] seven days of the date of delivery, as recorded by the courier partner.

● The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged by the Customer, with all original manufacturer tags, brand labels, hygiene seals (if any), and packaging intact.

● The original packaging (box/poly-bag) in which the product was shipped should be retained and used for the return shipment, where reasonably possible.

NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following categories of products are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except where the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect and is duly supported by a valid Unboxing Video: 

● Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive apparel.

● Products purchased during clearance, liquidation, or "final sale" promotions, where explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

● Products with tags removed, or that show visible signs of use, washing, alteration, perfume/deodorant odour, stains, or damage caused after delivery.

● Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products.

● Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional/complimentary items.

MODE OF REFUND  

● Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original source of payment (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at checkout.

● Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via UPI transfer to a bank account provided by the Customer, or as store credit, at the Customer's option.

● Store Credit: Where offered or chosen by the Customer, store credit will be issued as a coupon code valid for [1] month from the date of issue, redeemable on any future purchase on the Platform.

SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS

● Where a return arises due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item and is duly supported by a valid Unboxing Video, reverse shipping costs will be borne by weartoday.in.

● Where a return arises for reasons attributable to the Customer (e.g., size/fit exchange, change of mind where offered), reasonable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately, as communicated at the time of request.  

● Original shipping/COD charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except where the order is cancelled or returned due to an error by weartoday.in.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

● Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before the order is shipped, through the "My Orders" section or by contacting support.

● Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; the Customer may refuse delivery or initiate a return in accordance with this Policy after delivery, subject to eligibility.

● weartoday.in reserves the right to cancel any order at its own discretion — including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify the Customer/delivery address — and will issue a full refund of any amount paid for such cancelled orders.

PREVENTION OF FRAUD AND RIGHT TO REFUSE

● Reject any refund, return, or exchange claim that is not supported by a valid, unedited Unboxing Video as is mandatory required.

● Reject claims where the returned product does not match the product shown in the Unboxing Video, shows signs of use/damage caused after delivery, or is a different item altogether.

● Request additional information, photographs, or documentation to verify any claim.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, weartoday.in's total liability arising out of any claim under this Policy shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the relevant product. weartoday.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from a delayed, rejected, or disputed refund claim, save for wilful default or gross negligence on its part.
